Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw spoke exclusively with Times Now's Navika Kumar & listed three achievements in railway sector. He said, "A totally new approach to the maintenance of tracks, coaches, and wagons has been introduced....if you look at the data, last year was the safest year in the history of Indian Railways.
