Mumbai records lowest January day temperature in a decade due to Balochistan dust storm | TOI Original - Times of India Videos

Mumbaikars woke up to a hazy Sunday as a dust storm that originated in Balochistan resulted in poor visibility. Intermittent dust-raising winds further increased the haze, and also reduced temperatures. Santacruz observatory recorded a maximum temperature of 23.8 degree Celsius, Mumbai's lowest day time temperature in January in the last 10 years. Officials at India Meteorological Department said the dust storm originated in Balochistan and then moved eastwards to Saurashtra before reaching Mumbai and parts of Northern Konkan.
