Protesting students in Bihar called for a statewide Bandh today over alleged irregularities in the results of the railway recruitment exams. The protests took a heated turn in parts of the state including Patna with protestors clashing with police in many places. Bihar's alliance of opposition parties, the Mahagathbandhan, also came out in support of the students. Meanwhile, the police registered FIRs against multiple people including famed YouTuber 'Khan Sir' for inciting violence.
