In the recent developments concerning the Pegasus Spyware row, only two out of 300 people have handed their phone for forensic investigation, to the Pegasus Panel that was appointed by the Supreme Court. The panel has now set up a new deadline of February 8, for all other 'victims' to get in touch and join the probe. This news comes just 3 days after Times Now had exposed the people who refrained from joining the probe. The government was alleged of snooping in the devices of opposition leaders and other individuals after which the Supreme Court had set up an independent panel to probe in this regard.
