He spoke about cryptocurrency and the role of the Budget in facilitating digital currency in India. He added that 'you will be able to convert physical currency to digital currency.' Yesterday, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had announced that there will be a 30% tax levied on crypto assets and that RBI will soon come out with its digital currency. Crypto has been the bone of contention for many ever since its introduction. Elder generations have struggled with it while the younger generations have leapt on it.
