This comes a day after the Bombay High Court restrained police from taking any coercive action till April 1 against IPS officer Rashmi Shukla in the FIR registered against her last month. The FIR was registered against Shukla in connection with alleged phone tapping that allegedly took place when she was heading the state's intelligence department.
