Seeing as there are no signs of recovery for the Ruble that is now worth less than 0.0077 to the dollar, a man threw money the first floor of a shopping mall in a video that has gone viral. While normally people would scramble to grab every penny within their reach, virtually no shopper appeared to be interested in taking it.
