AAP MLA from Okhla, Amanatullah Khan was arrested on May 12 for creating an obstruction in the anti-encroachment drive by the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) in the Madanpur Khadar area. He was earlier declared a 'bad character' by the Delhi police.
