The consumer protector regular, the CCPA (Central Consumer Protection Authority) has now issued notices to cab aggregators, Ola and Uber asking them why there is massive deficiency in service. A recent survey of 65,000 consumers has revealed that 71 percent of them say ride cancellations is a problem, 45 percent of users say they have paid 1.5 times or more on the same route due to surge pricing.
