Chandrashekhar Tiwari, President of Sanskriti Bachao Manch, has said that the eighth ruler of Bhopal, Kudeshia Begum, has mentioned in his autobiography Hayat-e-Koodis that the mosque was built by demolishing the Shiva temple in Bhopal's Jama Masjid.
