The Kerala High Court observed that the organisations - Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), as well as, the Popular Front of India (PFI) are extremist outfits but not banned. Responding to the observation made by the Kerala HC, PFI's Kerala State Secretary CA Raoof called it "unjust and unfair".
