A seven-year-old girl was raped by an 18-year-old in Surat on Friday. The accused has been arrested by the police. As per the police, the incident took place early morning on Friday, the girl was sleeping on a handcart outside her house and the accused kidnapped her. After kidnapping her, the accused took the girl to his room and raped her, said the police.
