Auckland-based software company Actionstep is offering unlimited annual leaves to all of its employees. The New Zealand company’s "high-trust model" allows staff to take leaves when they need it the most and then do their best work, according to Stevie Mayhew, Vice President of Engineering. "This way, it covers everything like sick leave, bereavement and maternity," the VP says.
