The India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted wet spells over the area between Mat 22 and 24 providing some reife from heatwave conditions in the region. Punjab, Haryana, North Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh are also likely to receive Isolated to scattered light rainfall with thunderstorms and lightning between May 20 and 24.
