The United Kingdom on Monday introduced a new bill to parliament proposing an overhaul to the post-Brexit trade deal that Britain signed for Northern Ireland. Foreign Secretary Liz Truss described the Northern Ireland Protocol Bill as a "reasonable, practical solution to the problems facing Northern Ireland".
