A team of doctors conducted a mastectomy and free nipple grafts on a 23-year-old woman from the Middle East who suffered from a rare condition in which her breasts grew enormous, weighing 11 kg. The surgery, which took nearly 10 hours to be completed helped the young woman, suffering from bilateral gestational gigantomastia, a rare condition during pregnancy that leads to excessive and disproportionate breast tissue growth.
