After the Central Government decided to discontinue the MANF Scheme in December 2022, the Ministry of Minority Affairs reportedly discontinued the Padho Pardesh Scheme for Minority students. As per reports, Canara Bank has been informed that the scheme now stand discontinued. An official statement from the government or ministry is awaited.
