Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman, addressing the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas convention, pointed out the contribution of the non-resident Indians, sharing that the remittances sent by overseas Indians for the year 2022 were about $100 billion, a 12 per cent jump. She added that India will focus on - Infrastructure, Investment, Innovation and Inclusion - for the next 25 years.
