Apple has leased multiple floors of Prestige Minsk Square in Bangalore, India for ten years beginning in July 2023, with a monthly rental fee of Rs. 2.44 crore. The leasing agreement includes a clause prohibiting rivals Alphabet, Amazon, Baidu, Facebook, Huawei, Microsoft, Netflix, Samsung, Spotify, Tencent, and Xiaomi from leasing space in the building as well.
