Indian wrestler Bajrang Punia accused the Delhi Police of using force and abusing women during a scuffle with protesting wrestlers at Jantar Mantar. The scuffle occurred after ace wrestlers, Vinesh Phogat, Sakshi Malik, and Punia continued their protest against the Wrestling Federation of India’s chief Brij Bhushan, accusing him of sexual harassment. Punia asked the country to show solidarity and support the protestors. Earlier, Indian Olympic Association’s President PT Usha arrived at the protest site to show her support to the protestors and promised her solidarity with their cause.
