Virtual courts, which function 24x7, may handle other cases as well. Presently, these virtual courts handle traffic challans. To havecomprehensive research study on 24x7 virtual courts, the law ministry has invited proposals from judicial academies, law universities, IIMs and IITs. These virtual judges will manage the virtual courts and their jurisdiction can be extended to entire state.
