Poppi has agreed to pay $8.9 million to settle a class action lawsuit over claims that its drinks were falsely advertised as “gut healthy.” Consumers who bought Poppi between January 2020 and July 2025 may be eligible for a cash payout. The deadline to file a claim is September 26, 2025.
