Salim Khan Hospitalised: Veteran Bollywood screenwriter Salim Khan was admitted to Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital on Tuesday, February 17. Shortly after his hospitalisation, his children Salman Khan, Alvira Khan Agnihotri, and son-in-law Aayush Sharma reached the hospital, followed by other family members.
Salim Khan celebrated his 90th birthday in November 2025. He is one of the most respected writers in Indian cinema. As part of the famous writer duo Salim-Javed, he helped change Hindi films in the 1970s. He co-wrote many hit films including Sholay, Zanjeer, and Deewar, which became major successes and are still remembered today.
