The final letter of Atiq Ahmed, written 18 days before his murder, has been sent to the Chief Justice of India and the Uttar Pradesh CM's office. The letter was to be sent in a sealed envelope to the justice system in case he was murdered. The shooting that killed Ahmed and his brother occurred in full public view, with three men posing as journalists.
