A 32-year-old man, Birju Kumar Rai, died after falling into an open drain in Rohini, Delhi. He fell on Monday evening, but his body was recovered on Tuesday afternoon. The eyewitnesses criticised the delayed rescue. The incident occurred after he and a friend, both intoxicated, were returning to their jhuggi.
