After much anticipation, Aditya Dhar directed Dhurandhar 2 finally ventured in theatres on March 19, post massive response to paid reviews on March 18. Dhurandhar 2 turned into a box office rampage - even after facing small roadblocks - as the movie's earlier shows got cancelled due to technical issues. However, it had went on to become a massive success at the box office, and successfully make and break records set by Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan and Jawan.

Dhurandhar: The Revenge follows Hamza Ali Mazari, also known as Jaskirat Singh Rangi, an Indian operative working deep inside Pakistan. Portrayed by Ranveer Singh, the character stands at the heart of a story driven by sacrifice, violence and unwavering courage in the line of duty. The film's narrative traces Hamza’s ascent to power, as he establishes himself as the unchallenged ruler of Lyari after eliminating Rehman Baloch.
Dhurandhar Cast
The film features an ensemble cast led by Ranveer Singh as Hamza, also known as Jaskirat. R Madhavan plays Ajay Sanyal, while Sanjay Dutt appears as SP Aslam Chaudhary. Arjun Rampal takes on the role of Major Iqbal, with Sara Arjun as Yaleena Jamali and Rakesh Bedi as Jameel Jamali. Danish Pandor, Gaurav Gera and Manav Gohil also play key supporting parts.
