NEET Exam Date 2026 LIVE: Post late-night discussions between Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and other senior officials, June 21 was finalised as the revised date for conducting the NEET UG 2026 examination. The National Testing Agency (NTA) recently took to its X handle to announce the fresh schedule, adding that the new dates have been ratified by the Government of India. Minister Pradhan, who had remained silent following the exam cancellation, briefed the media on Re-NEET from his residence.

Here are the 5 major changes announced by the Union Education Minister today:

  • Re-NEET UG 2026 will be held on June 21, 2026.
  • Admit cards will be issued by June 14, 2026.
  • Extra 15 minutes to be provided. Revised exam timings would be 2 PM to 5:15 PM.
  • One week will be granted to choose the examination centre.
  • No exam fee will be charged for the re-exam.
